UF UPFRONT FITNESS

YOUR CLIENT GUIDE

Start here.

Your training, food and check-ins in one place.

Open your account

1. Get signed in

Open Ryan’s invitation and create your own password, then sign in with the same email address. If the invitation has expired, ask Ryan to resend it. Already have an account? Use the sign-in page and its password reset option.

To switch accounts, open your profile icon at the top right and sign out first. On a shared device, always sign out when finished.

Install or reinstall the app

Follow the step-by-step install guide to put Upfront Fitness on your phone. Existing clients can sign in with their usual account; no new invitation is needed.

2. Make Today your starting point

Log your weight or steps and check the entry date before saving. You can correct a past entry through Progress → Daily table. Dates and check-in deadlines use Sydney time.

3. Train and record what you did

Open Train, choose your day and tap an exercise. Read Ryan’s note, enter your reps, load and RIR, and mark each completed set. A prescription of 1–2 sets gives you two rows: the second is optional. Finish the session when you’re done. History lets you review earlier sessions.

4. Plan food, then log what you eat

Food has a meal planner, food log and recipe library. Planned meals and food you actually ate are separate. Check servings when adding either. Shopping lists use available ingredient information; external recipes may need ingredients added manually. Nutrition marked as missing is not zero.

5. Send your check-in

Your due date appears on Today and Check-in. You can return to a saved draft, then submit it when ready. Ryan can review your submitted answers and respond. A saved draft is not a submitted check-in.

Check that changes have saved

Wait for the saved status before closing the app or signing out. “Waiting to save” means Ryan may not have the latest changes yet. Keep the app open and retry when connected. If another device changed the same record, follow the conflict message to choose which changes to keep.

For a problem, send Ryan the screen name and what you were trying to do. Avoid sharing passwords or unnecessary health details in screenshots.
